Kirk Anderson, USTA National Director of Coaching Education will be facilitating Orange ball trainings to develop a core group of coaches within NorCal that have the ability to help execute and staff Early Development Camps at the local level.
USPTA and USPTR credit will be issued.
WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES:
- Review the Five (5) Principles of the USTA Teaching & Coaching Philosophy
- How Athletic Skills Link to the Development of Strong Technical Competencies
- On-court Athletic Skill Development Progressions that link to Technical Development
- Create an Awareness of Standards – What is possible on the 60′ Orange Court based on the age and stage of development of the player?
