Congratulations to Keenan Mayo, 16, on being chosen to represent Team USA at the Junior Davis Cup. The Junior Davis Cup is an international team competition for boys in the 16 and under age category.
This year, the competition took place in Budapest, Hungary from September 27-October 2. After coming out of the round robin, team USA fought hard in the semifinals but couldn’t hold Canada, the defending champion. Team USA played for a medal on the last day of competition, but lost a 2-1 heartbreaker against Argentina, finishing fourth overall. Congratulations to Keenan Mayo for representing NorCal at the Junior Davis Cup and being part of Team USA.
